Thyroid is a small but a mighty butterfly shaped gland placed in front of the neck. The thyroid’s job specifically is to produce and balance 2 hormones in your body i.e. T4 (Thyroxine or tetraiodothyronine) and T3 (Tri-iodothyronine).
