Job Description

The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:

• Recruitment: Source and screen profiles from various channels.

• Manage Recruitment costs by adopting right talent and sourcing channels

• Map and scan relevant industries for sourcing talent

• Deliver on manning targets, within cost, quality and turnaround times

• Offer Negotiation and roll out offer letter to candidates

• Employee Induction: Implement induction programs for all new recruits in the region

• Maintain continuous communication channels with new recruits to allow for smooth On the Job and cultural transition into the Chai Point culture.

• Employee Engagement: Ensure appropriate touch points through extensive clinic visits and build a rapport with key leadership and operations talent across clinics.

• Liase with clinics, Functional Heads and Corporate HR teams to identify and nominate people for R and R scheme and provide for a Quality experience

• Bring key employee issues impacting work place morale and culture to stakeholders and contribute to redressal mechanism

• HR Administration: Ensure quick redressal to employee queries on policies and admin matters

• Assist in the execution of Performance Cycles

• Address and resolve employee grievances

• Ensure right records on all manpower related areas for right decision making

• Adhere to compliance related matters for the region as per the standards set

• Share payroll inputs for the Region within the timelines.

• Statutory Compliance: Maintain statutory records and registers prepare wage statements

• Statutory Compliances: Strict adherence and compliances with the provisions of various Labour legislations (Shops Act, EPF, ESI, PT etc.,)

• Registrations and Renewals etc

Span of Control:    Regional Team
Role Objective:     Responsible for the delivery of HR regional operations.
Internal Communication:     Communication at all levels of the organisation with maximum coordination with Regional Heads. 
External Communication:     Human Resources/Training Consultancies, Vendors, Educational and Training Institutes

Desired Candidate Profile

• Certificate.Qualification :

• Full Time MBA (HR Specialization) with at least 6 -9 yrs relevant HR experience.

• Background in strong process oriented companies preferably international companies.

• Very strong communication skills
