- Nails – Thinning, splitting, nail loss, and ridges are the signs of this condition.
- Scalp – Tiny bumps, irritation, and redness can form on your scalp. Hair loss and hair thinning may occur.
Genitals – Lichen planus in the genital area can cause purplish, flat bumps.
