How to prepare for Coronavirus

The Coronavirus has taken the world by storm. There may not be as much wall to wall news of the pandemic now, but that certainly doesn’t mean COVID-19 has gone away. While the search for a vaccine still goes on, ‘prevention is better than cure’ has never felt more accurate. So, here are some things that you can do at home to help prevent the rapid spread of the Coronavirus.

  • Don’t panic

Panic will only generate more harm and reduce our ability to respond effectively to the situation. We see people wiping out shelves and hoarding items for themselves which is not only selfish but also careless. Take what you need in moderation, be it food, medicines, or any essentials.

  • Exercise caution in our personal hygiene

It’s recommended to wash your hands regularly with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. Frequently use sanitizers with at least 60% alcohol in it. Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue while coughing and sneezing and throw used tissues in closed bins. Clean doorknobs, handles, light switches, tables, and things that are frequently touched, from time to time with disinfecting spray cleaners

  • Self-isolation

Avoid participating in large gatherings. Don’t have close contact with those who are sick. If you are feeling sick, stay at home. Do your bit for the community; you don’t want to spread the coronavirus disease to others.

  • Educate yourself

Knowledge is power. Learn about the symptoms and modes of transmission of this virus, and constantly monitor your health. Many diseases share these COVID-19 symptoms. So it’s better to stay at home if it’s just a cold and reduce the risk of catching the virus by stepping out.

  • Avoid sharing

Sharing is caring, right? Well, right now it isn’t. Avoid sharing foods, drinks, and clothes or face masks. If you share a bathroom with someone, separate towels and hand towels are a must.

How to prepare for Coronavirus?

External precaution will certainly help you a lot but in order to beat this virus, it is imperative that you stay strong internally as well. And that’s why you should seek homeopathy treatment!

Homeopathy is your savior

According to WHO, the best way to fend off this virus right now is to have a strong immune system and that’s where homeopathy steps in. The AYUSH ministry issued a health advisory and suggested that homeopathic medicines can be effective in preventing coronavirus. It has recommended the use of Arsenic Album-30 to strengthen the immune system. The homeopathic medicine Arsenic Album-30 can be taken as a prophylactic medicine against the infection.

Dr Batra's™ has taken major steps in the testing and distribution of Arsenic Album-30, dispensing over 1 crore doses. The success rate of Arsenic Album-30 has been 100% and no patient has experienced COVID-19 symptoms after taking this medicine.

Apart from this, there are a couple of things you could do to help boost your immunity. Drink a lot of water, exercise regularly, get adequate sleep, avoid unhealthy habits like drinking and smoking, and eat lots of foods rich in vitamin C as they tend to increase the production of white blood cells which as we know are key in fighting infections. Foods like citrus fruits, spinach, red bell peppers, broccoli, and almonds among others can surely be helpful.

Moreover, you can evaluate your immunity by taking this test for you and your family.
