Role & Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows:

• Manage every aspect related to Patients right from the patients' entry into the clinic, to their exit.
• Interact with & Counsel Patients.
• Handle Patients' grievances/complaints/issues, and escalate it through the right channel, whenever needed.
• Create, maintain, & update Patients database on a regular basis.
• Efficient management of the Front Desk.
• Handle the clinic team, comprising of the PSE(s) & Accounts Executive(s).
• Multitask to ensure smooth clinic functioning.
• Maintain the desired hygiene & cleanliness standards of the clinic, and ensure the overall upkeep of the clinic
