Job Description

The primary responsibilities of the role are as follows: • Marketing o Providing complete local marketing support to clinics.

o BTL budgeting & preparation of Marketing Calendar. o Conceptualizing and driving BTL activations for the clinics.

o Responsible for footfall enhancement through clinics-specific activations.

o Competition analysis to understand the new trends in the market.

o Catchment study for upcoming clinics for effective Store/Clinic launch marketing plan. o Coordination with Head Office for ATL implementation. • Branding & Visual Merchandising o Coordination with agencies for    designing promotional collaterals. o Planning for Clinic-specific marketing collaterals like POSM, signages, leaflets, etc.

o Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines.

o To ensure greater brand visibility and create higher brand recall. • Tie ups & Vendor Management o Cross promotion and tie ups with other brands for activations.

o Creation of partnership proposals for activations. o Handling Vendors and Store team for activations.

o Effective coordination with media agencies to make use of publicity as an effective marketing tool. Internal: MarComm, Digital External: Media Agencies, Malls & Public Display Areas
