I feel cold when others feel warm…

Have you ever felt cold when others feel warm? On a hot summer day you do not require a fan? You need to wear a sweat shirt where others are wearing thin cotton clothes? You can’t bear the car AC but you are ready to bear the harmful smoke produced by the vehicles by keeping the car window open?

You are probably suffering from hypothermia. Hypothermia is reduced body temperature that happens when a body dissipates more heat than it absorbs. In humans, when the core body temperature below 35 degree centigrade or 95 degree Fahrenheit it causes hypothermia. We have all shivered through the odd winter day but if you feel cold to your core and can never get warm; your thyroid may be one of the causes. It is a symptom found very commonly in a person suffering from hypothyroidism.

Thyroid is a butterfly shaped gland that lies in your neck wrapped around your windpipe and just below your Adam’s apple. It’s the job of the thyroid gland to produce hormones that help your body’s cells convert oxygen and calories into energy but it is seen that in many women and a few men it works slowly and doesn’t work at all. A blood test for thyroid hormones can be done to confirm if you are suffering from a thyroid disease.

Hypothyroidism is a condition where the thyroid gland becomes underactive and does not produce enough thyroid hormones. It is 10 times more common in women than men, and it strikes at puberty, after pregnancy or most commonly- at the menopause.

Other signs of hypothyroidism include sluggishness, thinning hair, and pins and needles pricking sensation in your hands, an increase in weight, constipation, menstrual irregularities and depression.  The symptoms of hypothyroidism vary widely; some people have dramatic symptoms or rarely, life threatening symptoms. The symptoms of hypothyroidism are notorious for being non-specific and for mimicking many of the normal changes of aging. Usually, symptoms are milder when hypothyroidism develops gradually. Symptoms, when caused by hypothyroidism, generally are related to the degree of hypothyroidism.

In people with severe hypothyroidism, trauma, infection, exposure to cold and certain medication can rarely trigger a life-threatening condition called myxedema coma, which causes a loss of consciousness and hypothermia (low body temperature)

The only solution to this problem is regulating the thyroid gland and helping it to come back to normal with a safe and natural medicine along with proper nutritious diet and regular exercise.

Homeopathy a Natural Healer…

Homoeopathy helps to produce thyroid hormone naturally by stimulating the immune system and helps in better functioning of the thyroid gland.

Homoeopathic remedies work by stimulating the body’s own healing capacity by encouraging the body to reactivate hormone secretions.

Stress causes hormonal disturbances in the body like thyroid problems which is very effectively treated with homeopathy.

A complete recovery is possible in most cases with homoeopathy. Hypothyroid is a known triggering factor for patchy hair loss and homoeopathy treats thyroid problems very effectively.

Homoeopathy is the safest way to treat hypothyroid as it does not cause any other added side-effects as seen with conventional treatment.

The effectiveness of homoeopathic treatment is longer than the conventional medicine.

Health related quality of life gets better with homoeopathy.
