Her father name is Late Mr Mallavarapu Shouraiah Garu and her mother, Vijaya Rani is a house wife, in spite of being a very family lady she has been a great source of motivation in her life. Her spouse Mr. chappidi Suresh Babu, is Group 1 officer,state government of and she blessed with a child Charwik Shourya.

The purpose is to trust yourself and the process which a person undergoes, and create their own destiny. Failure are true opportunities to make you stronger and capable. Don't stop by facing hurdles, they are just like passing clouds but you are the sky.
Living in the present and hoping for the future is better than regretting the past, which is a fallen leaf. You are insulting yourself if you compare your unique value with others, know yourself and your abilities. Don't be so serious about life but be sincere and grab success.
“Ringa Ringa Roses” was her favourite rhyme to which she wanted to dance with my friends all the time when she was a kid. In the tender age she never understood that her disability is permanent not temporary. Only after that her heart was broken by Hopeless dissatisfaction, and she used to question herself all the time why God was so unfair to her, she still remember those days when she felt late nights and hide her tears from the people and behind the Society and though and she felt she is just piece of misfortunate and capable of doing nothing, tears rolled down from her eyes. Instead of blaming the destiny she questioned about the purpose and destiny. Why I am in this world here? Answer click in her mind will power is her world. She has to full fill her dreams, not only her dreams but millions of dreams and millions of student’s dreams who wanted to take Civil Services have the best option career. She started her journey and wanted to show the world that if she is capable of doing it, anyone can able to achieve their dreams.
She lost her legs when she was just 11 months old due to an adverse reaction to polio drops, has guided hundreds in cracking the Civil Services. Last year, 15 candidates from Hyderabad, all of whom were students of the former bureaucrat and motivational speaker, cleared the exam.
As a child, Balalatha Mallavarapu was unable to attend school due to her physical disability, but her parents were keen on her treatment. She cleared her Class 10 and Class 12 board exams as a private candidate. She then pursued higher studies at Osmania University in distance mode.
After her graduation, there came a point when she thought of ending her life. Then came a turning point, which proved that with hard work and passion one could achieve great heights. Balalatha cracked the UPSC civil service exams twice -- in 2004 and in 2016. She also worked for the ministry of defence as a deputy director from 2006 to 2018.
Now, under her guidance and training, hundreds of UPSC aspirants have successfully cracked the civil services examinations and are now serving the nation.
After serving the nation for 12 years as a bureaucrat, she attempted UPSC for the second time to understand what problems UPSC aspirants are facing and to feel the psychological state of the aspirants. She is now training them how to be at ease while preparing for the tough exam.
* Selected for Civils Services twice-in 2005 (All India Rank 399) and in 2017 (All India Rank 167).
* Served as bureaucrat in the Ministry of Defence for 12 years and resigned from services as Deputy Director on 1st February 2019
* Founded CSB IAS Academy Hyderabad with a passion to create 100 civil servants for the country to serve the nation.
* Trained more than 10,000 students in the last ten years for various competitive examinations around 100 students were selected to various services through Civil Services Examinations. Many more candidates were selected to State Civil Services.
* As a motivational speakers, inspired around 2 lakh youth till date travelling across the length and breadth of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana.
* Active on social media through YouTube channel-Bala Latha Madam, Facebook, Instagram and others.
* A freelance writer-published several articles in Telugu Newspaper like Andhra Jyothi, Namaste Telangana.
* Active participation in social activities particular those with focus on education and women empowerment.
