With 15 years of experience, Aishwarya manages the overall sales channel for the clinic vertically. She has a strong background in consumer healthcare and has proven success in the development and execution of sales strategies, branding and BTL marketing. Prior to immersing herself in the healthcare industry with Dr Batra’s™ & the Marico Group, she held progressive roles in the consumer finance, telecom, event management and service industries with organisations such as GE Money.
Few of her other areas of expertise are training and strategy in BTL activities. She also has vast experience in organising and conducting corporate workshops, and as a trainer, she has trained employees of many corporate organisations — including Dell, Accenture, Infosys and Mahindra, across India.
At Dr Batra's™, Aishwarya is responsible for the overall sales pipeline, including tele-sales. She works closely with the patient experience team to make sure that all sales are backed by strong patient experience.
